I made this song for my Dad. It has some excerpts from an amazing talk from the TED conference by a neuro-scientist named Jill Bolte Taylor. All the other sounds are from 16 Sounds v1 and a drumline that I recorded with my cell-phone at the Cirque du Cycling.

REMIX: DJ VADIM and BIG RED’s “KILL KILL KILL”
Here’s the third and final remix I did last summer for ccmixter.org: DJ Vadim and Big Red’s “Kill Kill Kill”. Vocals, synth tweaks, and some drums are CC licensed by DJ Vadim and BBE records. The big crunchy drums are from Paul Alcott off of Bridgetown Breaks, vol. 2.

My friend PJ and I spent a recent rare sunny afternoon walking around SE Portland, bangin’ on shit. The result: 16 sounds, ready for beatmaking. Perhaps we’ll call this the “Random Sunny Afternoon Kit”.
