Here’s the first of two recent animated explainers for New Scientist, this one on the healing power of the mind, tied to a recent feature by Jo Marchant.
This one is stirring up quite the debate over at New Scientist. It’s based on Amanda Gefter’s excellent piece, part of the New Scientist existential issue. If the video leaves more questions than answers, I highly recommend Amanda’s story. I hopefully will get a version of the music out soon, for those interested.
Here are a few recent “Born to be viral” vids I did for New Scientist…the format seems to be evolving towards science music videos…a move I fully endorse. More here.
My latest animated explainer for New Scientist: For more info read Emma Young’s feature in the 12 March issue of New Scientist. If you like this style of video, you might like my video on gamification. The song is one I’ve been messing with for a while.
November’s “best of the web” science video round-up is online: (shout out to Uncanny Valley for the heads on the electropolymer tiles)
